One of the most beautiful beer gardens in Darmstadt. Lots of flair, nice atmosphere and space for the children to play. The food is ok and the beer delicious!

Nice beer garden, delicious food

Well organized beer garden with lots of space, decent food and good beer. Slightly higher in price (0.5L beer for € 4, the Maß costs € 8), but definitely worth a visit. The large tables also invite you to come with a larger group (8-10 people).

Great beer garden, you don't expect in the beautiful Hessenland, but rather in Bavaria. Highly recommended in summer, shady trees and subtle lighting. Beer is okay, I recommend mushroom schnitzel or a delicious bratwurst.

Nice. Great beer garden, which you can easily reach with the bus F bus. It is a bit difficult to find a parking space by car. It's always going on. The staff are nice and polite. The food tastes good too and you have enough choices to drink from non-alcoholic to alcoholic beverages. In the summer I love going there with a larger group.

The slightly different beer garden! Delicious food and drink at pleasant prices. For me, the most beautiful beer garden in Darmstadt. I always like to be there with friends!

Social distancing and wearing masks only until you were on the premises. You get a gadget that notifies you when your food is ready to be picked up. A great improvement to earlier years. The toilets were spotless, even though it was crowded. Lovely old chestnut trees to sit under. An oasis in the city. A great place to visit. Highly recommended.

Has everything you would expect from a beer garden. Garden table under shady trees, drinks and simple dishes to pick up yourself. You don't have to wait long for the food. It is delicious and filling.

The food and beer is nothing special, it's not bad at all, but it doesn't stand out, what does, however, stand out, is the atmosphere. Located fairly conveniently (considering how small Darmstadt is, you could argue this isn't hard to achieve), this Biergarten lives up to its name, it is located among trees, giving it the impression of being located in a small, outdoor garden, even if the ground is covered in pebble.

The Dieburger beer garden is a great place to sit with friends until late at night. The food is also very tasty, I would highly recommend the cooked escalope with chips and salad. Food and drink prices are reasonable and you never have to wait long. It is all self-service, but you get a buzzer for the food so that you can sit comfortably at your table while waiting. Otherwise you don't have to wait long to get drinks, even if there is a lot going on. Despite a busy street, it is not too loud because the beer garden is very elevated from the street. And there is also a children's playground for the little ones.

Very nice place for a summer outdoor dinner. The garden is quite big, so there's a lot of place. Good beer, good steaks, good sausages, definitely worth of a visit! - and even more than one.

Classic beer garden with self-service. Goes quite quickly, even when it's full. Food is nothing special, but good. Recommendable.

Although the beer garden is located directly at a busy intersection, the noise is in no way disturbing because you hardly hear anything about it. The beer is delicious and the portions with the food are large and yet it is very delicious. The beer garden is very well visited due to its central location.

Most hospitable place I've been to in Germany. We showed up on Halloween, 2019, they were actually closed for a neighborhood Halloween party. Instead of telling us to leave, they opened thier doors to us...... invited us to celebrate the night with them and just made us feel very welcome. Awesome group of people that own this place. Can't wait to see this place in the spring and summer.

Great open place with good biers! But should check if it's open fall/winter. Unfortunately It was closed last time we went in September.

Nice place for summer time

My first visit to the Biergarten was in 1975, beer was cold and food hot and fresh. Nothing has changed.

Really big. Lots of place. The food was really good and freshly made. Service also good. ???

Quite underwhelming place. The service is mediocre and the food is severely overpriced. While the emphasis is clearly on beer, do not expect any bells and whistles whatsoever. The beer is good and appropriately priced.

Really nice beer garden, but sadly they don't have hardly any vegetarian food.

Super Location in Darmstadt

Nice atmosphere, cosy even if the place is very big and crowded. The choice for vegans/ vegetarians is quite small, that's why I choose 4 out of 5. Also, there is no real parking, you should play your chances in little streets nearby. In Summer can be tricky to find a park slot.

Good location especially in warm evenings for groups or for couple but the staff is really unkind

the best beer garden in darmstadt, i just wish it was open all your round

It is the place to go for drinks and food when the weather is good. There is plenty of space, nice food with a BBQ station and great Grohe bier! On days when there is a football game they set up a projector at the center.
